Getting familiar with TypistLink (also known as TLink)

TypistLink is our own private instant messaging network which facilitates rapid communication between you and our company. It works just like Yahoo IM, AIM, or any other instant messaging system, except that it offers unparalleled privacy and automated notifications of when new jobs are available to be typed.

If a surge of audio files floods our system, TypistLink will automatically notify you to log in and type them. To maximize your earnings, you should stay signed in to TypistLink whenever you're at your computer, so that you will be the first to know when new files arrive.

Faster response means more jobs

Your rapid response helps us maintain the quickest transcription turnaround times in the industry, impressing our customers and causing them to send more audio files our way.

To reward typists who help us maintain our quick turnaround times, we've designed TypistLink to track how quickly you respond to notifications. If you're a fast responder, more jobs will be sent your way.

Follow the instructions on this page to install an instant messaging client which can connect to TypistLink.
